270102 Arbeitsmotivation und Arbeitszufriedenheit (S) (SoSe 2007)

Die Teilnehmer/innen setzen sich zunächst mit Theorien der Motivation und Arbeitszufriedenheit auseinander, welche in der AO-Psychologie diskutiert werden.
Im zweiten Teil der Veranstaltung sollen anhand von Fallbeispielen arbeitsmotivierende Maßnahmen entwickelt und vorgestellt werden.
Die Inhalte des Seminars sind prüfungsrelevant.

Requirements for participation, required level

Für diese Veranstaltung ist eine verbindliche Anmeldung zwischen dem 12.03.2007 und dem 23.03.2007 unter ao-psychologie@uni-bielefeld.de erforderlich. Die Teilnehmerliste (inkl. Nachrücker) wird ab dem 28.03.2007 am schwarzen Brett der Arbeitseinheit ausgehängt. Auskünfte zu der Liste können leider weder telefonisch noch per E-Mail gegeben werden. Für die organisatorische Planung des Seminars ist die Anwesenheit in der ersten Sitzung unbedingt erforderlich! Eine aktive Teilnahme wird selbstverständlich vorausgesetzt.
