Schule ist für Kinder und Jugendliche weit mehr als fachliches Lernen im Unterricht: Sie ist der Ort, wo man in der Gruppe zurecht kommen muss, wo man Freunde sucht und findet, wo man LehrerInnen liebt oder hasst, wo man Erfolge und Misserfolge verarbeiten muss. "Schulerfahrungen" in diesem umfassenden Sinne werden in der schulischen Sozialisationsforschung analysiert, spiegeln sich aber auch in literarischen Texten (von den "Buddenbrooks" bis zum "Club der toten Dichter").
In dem Seminar wollen wir die Schule als Lebenswelt von Heranwachsenden in den Blick nehmen. Dazu greifen wir auf eigene Erfahrungen zurück und befassen uns mit erziehungswissenschaftlichen und mit literarischen Texten.
