In dieser Veranstaltung werden die bereits erworbenen Kenntnisse im Strafrecht, vor allem im Bereich der Eigentums- und Vermögensdelikte, vertieft und anhand der gemeinsamen Lösung von Fallbeispielen eingeübt. Besonderer Wert wird auf die prakische Umsetzung der vorhandenen Kenntnisse in einer Klausur und Hausarbeit gelegt.

Die vorhandenen Lehrbücher zum Strafrecht AT und BT können weiterbenutzt werden. Weitere Litderasturhinweise für einzelne Problembereiche erfolgen in der Veranstaltung.
