Schulpraxis bedeutet immer auch Aufgaben und Problemzusammenhänge zu meistern.
Schulpraxis ist nicht ausschließlich Lehre, sondern auch praktische Verantwortung (Organisation, Diagnose, Beratung, Betreuung, Reflexion und mehr). Die angemessene „responsability“, die Fähigkeit auf Anforderungen angemessen zu antworten, ist kein Zufall, sondern kann Stück für Stück erlernt werden.
Das Seminar bietet an einige zentrale schulpraktische Themen und Hindernisse in den Blick zu nehmen und theoriegestützt erprobte Lösungen zu diskutieren. Das Setzen individueller Schwerpunkte wie z.B. Umgang mit Unterrichtstörungen, Lehrerverhalten, Gruppenführung usw. ist erwünscht.
