Gegenstand der Vorlesung ist das Recht des EG-Binnenmarktes. Dies umfasst insbesondere die Grundfreiheiten nach dem EG-Vertrag und das Beihilfenrecht anhand von grundlegenden Entscheidungen des EuGH, daneben aber auch sekundäres Gemeinschaftsrecht in diesem Bereich. Die Veranstaltung zählt zum Schwerpunktbereich "Öffentliches Wirtschaftsrecht in der Europäischen Union". Grundkenntnisse im Europarecht sind Voraussetzung für diese Vorlesung.
