Die Veranstaltung wendet sich an Nebenfachstudierende ohne rechtliche Vorkenntnisse, vornehmlich aus dem Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaft. Behandelt werden Grundbegriffe und Strukturen des Verfassungs-, des Verwaltungs- und des Europarechts mit ihren prozeßrechtlichen Bezügen. Wirtschaftsrelevante Themen (u.a. Wirtschaftsgrundrechte, Gewerbe-, Umwelt-, Subventionsrecht) finden im Rahmen von Fallbeispielen besondere Berücksichtigung. Mit der Veranstaltung kann ein Leistungsnachweis erworben werden.
