Die Frage, was einen guten Unterricht ausmache, beschäftigt die erziehungswissenschaftliche Forschung seit jeher. Gerade in den letzten Jahren widmet sich insbesondere die empirische Bildungsforschung dieser Frage und führt dazu Unterrichtsanalysen durch, häufig auf der Basis von Video- und Audioaufnahmen oder Befragungen von Lehrenden und Schüler/innen.
Auch für die musikpädagogische Forschung ist diese Frage aus fachdidaktischer Perspektive aktuell. Im Seminar wird deshalb der Frage nachgegangen, was "guten" Musikunterricht ausmacht und wie man sich dieser Frage methodisch durch Beobachtung und Analyse nähern kann.
Gleichzeitig dient dieses Seminar der Vorbereitung bzw. Begleitung von musikpädagogischen Masterarbeiten.
