Die Heterogenität der Schülerschaft ist eine Konstituente des Unterrichts, aber ganz gleich wie heterogen Ihre Lerngruppe ist, sie besteht doch immer aus Menschen. Das Menschsein eint alle. Doch was kann dieses Menschsein bedeuten?
Sind Menschen von Natur aus faul? Muss ich sie führen oder kann ich sie wachsen lassen?
Bringt „harte Zucht“ wirklich „goldene Frucht“? Erst kommt das Fressen, dann die Moral? (Brecht)
Anhand dieser und anderer Leitfragen werden Klassiker der Pädagogischen/Philosophischen Anthropologie als theoretische Grundlage erarbeitet, auf der wir unsere eigenen Menschen- und Schülerbilder reflektieren lernen und Ableitungen für das Lehrerhandeln ziehen.
