Zivilrecht:
Die Veranstaltung möchte durch die Behandlung typischer Fragestellungen des Zivil- und Zivilprozessrechts, wie sie im Examen vorkommen, das Schreiben von Klausuren und das Bestehen der mündlichen Prüfung erleichtern.

Weitere Literatur wird in der Veranstaltung bekannt gegeben, insgesamt wird für das Selbststudium die Arbeit mit Fallsammlungen empfohlen.
