Die Veranstaltung umfasst die Nachbereitung des Praktikums und zielt auf die theoriegeleitete Reflexion der pädagogischen Praxis und des eigenen pädagogischen Handelns. Zentrale Inhalte des Seminars sind entsprechend die Analyse konkreter Fallbeispiele bzw. die Reflexion durchgeführter Projekte sowie die Gestaltung des Praktikumberichtes. Eine Präsentation der Theorie-Praxis-Verknüpfung, die den zentralen Teil Berichtes ausmacht, soll im Rahmen der "geblockten" Seminartermine am 12.07. oder 19.07. erfolgen.
Die Veranstaltung richtet sich vor allem an Studierende, die ihr Praktikum in einem pädagogischen Praxisfeld absolviert haben, in dem der Umgang mit heterogenen Lebenslagen (wie z.B. sozioökonomische Benachteiligung) oder Differenzkonstruktionen (wie z.B. Rollenzuschreibungen nach Geschlecht oder ethnischer Herkunft) von Bedeutung sind.

Das Seminar richtet sich an Studierende, die am Vorbereitungsseminar im Praxismodul teilgenommen und ihr Praktikum absolviert haben.
