Diese Veranstaltung soll StudentInnen Einblick in die experimentelle Laborarbeit geben. Dazu wird aus dem Gebiet der Genomforschung eine Aufgabe gestellt, die in der vorgesehenen Zeit gelöst werden kann. Versuchsaufbau und experimentelle Vorgehen werden weitgehend selbst bestimmt. Ein zugeordneter Betreuer überwacht die einzelnen Arbeitsschritte und leistet gegebenenfalls Hilfestellung. Ziel ist es, die TeilnehmerInnen an eine selbständige Forschungsarbeit heranzuführen, so wie sie bei Bachelor- oder Masterarbeiten zu leisten ist. Dieses Praktikum ist für fortgeschrittene Studierende gedacht, die eine experimentelle Arbeit im Bereich der Genomforschung planen. [Lf: n; 50: n; Fs: n]
