Das Repetitorium Zivilrecht bezieht sich in der Vorlesungszeit im Wintersemester auf den allgemeinen Teil des BGB und das allgemeine und vertragliche Schuldrecht. Höchst empfehlenswert ist der Medicus, Bürgerliches Recht. Eine nach Anspruchsgrundlagen geordnete Darstellung der Examensvorbereitung, 20. Aufl. Es wird auch auf Fragestellungen aus anwaltlicher Sicht (Interessenwahrnehmung und Rechtsgestaltung) einzugehen sein, da diese zunehmend im Examen eine Rolle spielen.
