Schwerpunkte der Vorlesung werden sein Erwerb und Verlust des Eigentums an Grundstücken, Inhalt des Eigentums an Grundstücken, Hypothek und Grundschuld sowie das formelle Grundbuchrecht. Sie will den Stoff der Sachenrechtsvorlesung nicht in erster Linie erweitern, sondern vertiefen und wiederholen, und wendet sich daher nicht nur an Hörer des Schwerpunktbereiches Private Rechtgestaltung und Prozessführung.
Für Hörer ab 5. Semester.
