Strafrecht, sonstige Delikte. In der Vorlesung werden die Straftatbestände behandelt, die bislang in den stafrechtlichen Veranstaltungen mit dem Schwerpunkt Delikte gegen Leib und Leben sowie Eigentum und Vermögen nicht oder nur am Rande thematisiert wurden, aber sowohl für das Examen als auch die Praxis von besonderer Bedeutung sind. Das sind vor allem die Urkundendelikte, die Straßenverkehrsdelikte mit Verkehrsunfallflucht, die Beleiddigungsdelikte und die Bestechungstatbestände.
