Pflichtfachveranstaltung nach StudPrO 2003. In der Vorlesung wird das Recht der individuellen Arbeitsbeziehungen vorgestellt: Geschichte und Rechtsquellen des Arbeitsrechts, der Begriff des Arbeitnehmers, Mängel beim Abschluss des Arbeitsvertrages, Rechte und Pflichten aus dem Arbeitsverhältnis, Leistungsstörungen, Beendigung von Arbeitsverhältnissen durch Aufhebungsvertrag und Kündigung, befristete Arbeitsverhältnisse, Zeugnis, Betriebsübergang.
Literatur: Wird in der Veranstaltung bekannt gegeben.Wichtiger Hinweis für Studierende, die sich für die Wahl des Schwerpunktbereichs 7 - Arbeit und Sozialer Schutz interessieren: Diese Veranstaltung sollte vor dem Beginn des Schwerpunktbereichsstudiums besucht werden.
