In dieser Veranstaltung werden die methodologischen Grundlagen und methodischen Prinzipien der qualitativen Sozialforschung vermittelt sowie die wichtigsten nicht-standardisierter Methoden in ihrer Verfahrenslogik und anhand exemplarischer Studien dargestellt. Die Veranstaltung besteht aus zwei Blöcken: Im ersten Teil werden die hermeneutischen Grundprinzipien und Profile einzelner Methoden der qualitativen Sozialforschung erarbeitet und vertieft. Im zweiten Teil werden von den TeilnehmerInnen einzelne Studienprojekte durchgeführt, bei denen die theoretisch angeeigneten Methoden in einem kleinen empirischen Untersuchungsvorhaben erprobt werden.
