Die Veranstaltung „Haushaltsrecht und Finanzbeziehungen im Föderalismus“ zielt darauf ab, die unterschiedlichen Komplexe Haushalt/Geld, Finanzen/Steuern und Föderalismus zu verstehen und deren Verschränkungen und Interdependenzen erkennen zu lernen. Berücksichtigt werden verfassungsrechtliche, ökonomische und politische Aspekte sowie praktische Erfahrungen. Auf diese Weise sollen Einsichten in wichtige Grundlagen des politischen Systems gewonnen werden.
