Wenn um Rechte und Ansprüche gestritten wird, bietet es sich an, „den Rechtsweg zu beschreiten“, also in einem Prozess die Entscheidung eines Dritten (des Richters) zu suchen. Das muss aber nicht zu einer umfassenden und für beide Seiten befriedigenden Beilegung des Konflikts führen (einer ist der Verlierer). Dazu können andere Arten der Konfliktlösung, die ebenfalls zu unserem Rechtssystem gehören, besser geeignet sein. Solche Möglichkeiten und die Vor- und Nachteile verschiedener Konfliktlösungsverfahren kennenzulernen ist Ziel der Veranstaltung.
