Ziel der Lehrveranstaltung ist die Umsetzung von theoretisch orientierten Fragestellungen in statistische Modellbildung und empirische Prüfung. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Einführung in das Arbeiten mit kausalorientierten, statistischen Verfahren. Zu diesen Verfahren gehören einfache, bivariate Regressionsmodelle, Pfadmodelle mit gemessenen Variablen, konfirmatorische Faktorenmodelle und Strukturgleichungsmodelle mit nicht direkt gemessenen, latenten Variablen. Modelle und Analysen werden mit den Programmen SPSS und LISREL vorgestellt und besprochen.

Kenntnisse mit dem Statistikprogramm SPSS und der Verarbeitung von Datenfiles
