Ziel des Seminars ist es, Möglichkeiten eines produktiven Umgangs mit Heterogenität in Schule und Unterricht zu erarbeiten. Dazu setzen wir uns zunächst mit dem Heterogenitätsbegriff, verschiedenen Dimensionen von Heterogenität (sozio-ökonomische, geschlechtsbedingte, migrationsbedingte und behinderungsbedingte Heterogenität) sowie Intersektionalität auseinander. Anschließend widmen wir uns Offenem Unterricht als einer Möglichkeit zum Umgang mit Heterogenität. Einzelne Schwerpunkte (empirische Untersuchungen, Leistungsbewertung, Spannungsfelder …) sollen interessengeleitet in Kleingruppen vertiefend erarbeitet werden.
