Die Veranstaltung richtet sich ausschließlich an Schwerpunktstudierende der Fakultät für Rechtswissenschaft sowie Studierende des Studiengangs Recht und Management.
Die Veranstaltung umfasst zwei LVS. Sie findet (teilverblockt) in der ersten Semesterhälfte als vierstündige Veranstaltung statt. Der erste Termin ist am 27.10.2022. Die Veranstaltung beginnt um 8:30 Uhr.HINWEIS ZU KLAUSUREN:

Der Stoff dieser Veranstaltung ist Gegenstand der fünfstündigen Aufsichtsarbeit im WiSe 2023/2024.Recht und Management:
Studierende des Studiengangs Recht und Management können in dieser Veranstaltung eine benotete Einzelleistung erbringen. Dafür wird gegen Ende der Vorlesungszeit eine neunzigminütige Klausur angeboten. Bitte melden Sie sich bis zum 4. Dezember per Mail bei der Dozentin an, wenn Sie diese Klausur mitschreiben möchten. Hilfsmittel für diese Klausur: Gesetzestexte.
