In dem Seminar werden aktuelle Publikationen aus dem Bereich der Oberflächen- und Grenzflächenchemie besprochen.
Eine Einführung in die Thematik und die Auswahl und Zuordnung der Publikationen finden am ersten Termin im Semester statt. Die Publikationen werden von allen Studierenden intensiv gelesen und jeweils von einer Person vorgestellt. Dabei soll – wenn sinnvoll – auch auf weitergehende Literatur zurückgegriffen werden. Neben der inhaltlichen Diskussion soll auch eine kritische Auseinandersetzung mit der Publikationskultur erfolgen.
