Strafrecht: Allgemeiner Teil
In zwei wöchentlichen Vorlesungen (Mo und Di, jeweils von 12-14 Uhr c.t.) werden die grundlegenden Problemfelder des Allgemeinen Teils des StGB und des Strafrechts vorgestellt. Teildisziplinen des Strafrechts (Kriminologie; Jugendstrafrecht; Strafverfahren; Strafvollzug; Sanktionenrecht usw.) werden zumindest einführend vorgestellt. Durchgehend orientiert sich die Vorlesung an praktischen „Fällen“ aus der höchstrichterlichen Rechtsprechung.
Begleitet wird die Veranstaltung durch die Online-Plattform „LernraumPlus“ und durch „Tutorials“, in denen vor allem der dogmatische und praktische Umgang mit Strafrechtsfällen geübt wird.
Am Ende des Semesters wird eine Abschluss-Klausur angeboten. - In den Gesetzestexten sind Unterstreichungen, farbliche Markierungen, Post-its sowie Verweise auf andere Vorschriften erlaubt. Handschriftlich hinzugefügte Texte oder Aufbauschemata dürfen demgegenüber nicht in den Gesetzestexten enthalten sein.
