Ziel der Veranstaltung ist die Vermittlung grundlegender Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit einer Tabellenkalkulation am Beispiel MS Excel. Praktische Übungen sind Teil des Kurses.
Folgende Themen bilden den Schwerpunkt:
• Überblick über die Möglichkeiten des Programms
• Umgang mit Excel (Oberfläche, Ansichten, Menüs, Symbolleisten etc.)
• Erstellen einer Tabelle (Umgang mit Feldern, Zeilen und Spalten, Datenerfassung)
• Formatieren (Felder, Zahlen, Zeichen, Autoformat etc.)
• Erstellen von Formeln (Bearbeitungszeile, Formelassistent, Bezüge etc.)
• Einsatzmöglichkeiten und Funktionen der Ausfüllfunktion
• Kopieren und Verknüpfen (über Tabellenblätter, Arbeitsmappen, Word)
• Diagramme erstellen und anpassen
