In diesem Seminar werden grundlegende Fragen einer soziologischen Theorie des Rechts behandelt. Neben einer kurzen, kursorischen Einleitung in die Geschichte der Rechtssoziologie werden die Themenkomplexe Norm und Recht, Verfahrenstheorie, Rechtssystem und Gesellschaft, Habitus und Feld, Macht und Recht, Recht und Kritik sowie Recht und Differenz an Hand von Schlüsseltexten der Rechtssoziologie erörtert.
Bitte beachten Sie: Der Termin hat sich geändert: Di. 16-18 Uhr. Die Sitzungen vom 10. Oktober bis 7. November werden online per Zoom stattfinden. Den link finden Sie jeweils im Ordner "Meetings" im Lernraum.

Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit zu umfangreicher Lektüre und zur Diskussion theoretischer Fragen werden vorausgesetzt. Die Texte sind anspruchsvoll.
