Ziel:
In dieser Veranstaltung werden institutionelle und volkswirtschaftliche Aspekte des Gesundheitsmarktes vorgestellt. Dazu gehören
- Besonderheiten von Gütern und Dienstleistungen im Gesundheitswesen
- Marktformen und Marktverhalten auf Angebots- und Nachfrageseite
- Anreizwirkung von Honorierungsformen
- Prämien versus Beitragskalkulation
- Neokorporatismus und Verbandswesen im Gesundheitswesen
Ein zweiter Schwerpunkt liegt im Bereich der gesundheitsökonomischen Evaluation. Vorgestellt werden
- Grundformen der Evaluation
- Entscheidungsanalytische Modellierung
- Lebensqualitätsforschung und Nutzwertanalyse
