270051 Psychotherapeutische Basiskompetenzen (Erwachsene) - Kurs C (BS) (WiSe 2022/2023)

Im Seminar werden die psychotherapeutischen Grundfertigkeiten in der Behandlung erwachsener Patient:innen vorgestellt und in praktischen Übungen (v.a. in Kleingruppen) erprobt. Im Fokus stehen dabei vor allem Grundlagen und Techniken der Gesprächsführung (z.B. Fragetechniken, Aktives Zuhören, Paraphrasieren etc.), persönliche und interpersonelle Kompetenzen (Achtsamkeit, Empathie etc.) einschließlich der therapeutischen Haltung, sowie methodisch-technische Fertigkeiten (Problemanalyse, Zieldefinition, Kognitive Vorbereitung). Ein Fokus in den sowohl theoretischen als auch praktische Teilen des Seminars liegt auf dem Aufbau einer konstruktiven Beziehung zwischen Patienten:in und Therapeut:in und der Motivierung von Patienten:innen mit geringer Veränderungsmotivation oder ambivalenter Therapiehaltung.
