Der Kurs wird die erste große Monografie von Niklas Luhmann (1964) "Funktionen und Folgen formaler Organisation" einer genauen und gründlichen Lektüre unterziehen, Aufbau und Architektur dieser Organisationstheorie verfolgen, ihre Herkünfte und Eigenheiten rekonstruieren und diese im Horizont ihrer weiteren Entwicklung diskutieren: Zu besichtigen ist ein 'Leuchtturm' der Organisationssoziologie.
