Konflikte waren und sind in jeglicher Form allgegenwärtig. Verändert haben sich nur die Lösungsstrategien. Zunächst sind die unterschiedlichen Konfliktformen im diachronen Vergleich zu erarbeiten und darzustellen (Kriege, Widerstand, Blutrache, Kinderrechte, "private" Konflikte, Konflikte an Schulen etc.). Im folgenden sind Präventivmaßnahmen und Lösungsmöglichkeiten v.a. für schulische Konflikte (z.B. Klassenrat) zu diskutieren. Das "soziale "Lernen" sollte ein Kernpunkt der möglichen Unterrichtseinheiten darstellen.
