Das Thema des Seminars/Kolloquiums im Europarecht ist das europäisierte Internetrecht. Mit dem Internet verbinden sich zahlreiche verfassungs- und verwaltungsrechtliche Fragen, die in weiten Teilen europarechtlich überlagert sind.
Das Seminar/Kolloquium wird zum Teil als Blockveranstaltung angeboten. Teilnahmevoraussetzung ist die Bereitschaft zur Übernahme eines Referates (Kurzvortrag).
