"Schwierige Schüler" und "Disziplinprobleme" gehören in den Studien zur Lehrerbelastung zu den Dauerbrennern. Die internationale Forschung zu "classroom management", einem der wichtigsten Bedingungsfaktoren für erfolgreiches schulisches Lernen, zeigt, dass Störungen im Unterricht oft auch hausgemacht sind. Bei Klassenmanagement geht es darum, wie Lehrpersonen dafür sorgen können, dass Lehr-, Lernprozesse - bezogen auf Wissens- und soziale Kompetenzen - in einer Klassenraumsituation möglichst reibungslos verlaufen. Betroffen sind u.a. Aspekte wie Unterrichtsstil, Umgang mit Disziplinschwierigkeiten, Wirkung von Sanktionen, Motivieren, Regeln, Rituale, Nutzung von Unterrichtszeiten.

zur aktiven Teilnahme gehören kurze schriftliche Reflexionen und die aktive Mitarbeit.
Zu diesem Seminar werden modulbezogene Vertiefungskurse ( M 3.4.3.) angeboten, in denen eine benotete Einzelleistung (3 LP) erbracht werden kann. Es wird empfohlen sich entweder in der Schreibwerkstatt von Herrn Boller (Beleg-Nr. 250044) oder in der didaktischen Vertiefung von Frau Fiedler-Ebke (Beleg-Nr. 250047 ) anzumelden, um die Inhalte des Seminars zu vertiefen.
