Das Insolvenzrecht regelt die materiell-rechtlichen und verfahrensrechtlichen Auswirkungen des wirtschaftlichen Zusammenbruchs eines Schuldners. Die Veranstaltung vermittelt den insoweit einschlägigen Pflichtfachstoff des Schwerpunktbereichs 2. Interessierten wird auch die Möglichkeit zur Anfertigung der häuslichen Arbeit im Schwerpunktbereich gegeben. Gliederung und Literaturangaben folgen zur 1. Sitzung.
