Die Lehrveranstaltung „MPH 26 – Gesellschaft und Gesundheit – Vertiefung“ ist ein weiterführendes Angebot im Rückbezug auf die ihr im Wintersemester inhaltlich vorangegangene Pflichtveranstaltung „MPH 16 – Gesellschaft und Gesundheit“.
Anhand ausgewählter Themen sollen theoretische und empirische Wissensbestände der sozialen Determinanten von Gesundheit und Krankheit vertiefend erarbeitet werden. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf theoretisch-konzeptionell zu fassenden Prozessen makrosozialen Wandels, die sich im weiteren Sinne auf die gesundheitliche Ungleichheit auswirken, und ihren besonderen Niederschlag auch in den unmittelbaren Versorgungszusammenhängen des Gesundheitssystems finden.
Zum inhaltlichen Gelingen der Veranstaltung erforderlich ist die intensive Beschäftigung mit der zur Verfügung gestellten (gesundheits-)soziologischen Literatur sowie die aktive Mitgestaltung durch Wort- und Diskussionsbeiträge.

Die Prüfungsleistung wird in Form einer Hausarbeit erbracht.
Bitte melden Sie sich hierzu bis zum 17.06.2022 (23:59 Uhr) - unter Nennung eines Themenvorschlags - per Mail an. Der Ausgabetermin für das Thema ist der 01.07.2022. Die Prüfungsleistung wird nach dem Ein-Prüfer-Prinzip bewertet. Die Hausarbeit ist spätestens am 12.08.2022 (23:59 Uhr) abzugeben. Weiteres entnehmen Sie bitte der einführenden Lehrveranstaltung, bzw. den entsprechenden Dokumenten im Lernraum.
