Bernard Williams hat mit dem Büchlein „Der Begriff der Moral“ eine eigenwillige Einführung in die Ethik vorgelegt, die sich weniger an etablierten Moraltheorien abarbeitet, sondern vielmehr eine Reihe von Themen behandelt, die in Standardeinführungen in die Ethik allenfalls am Rande besprochen werden - beispielsweise Subjektivismus, Relativismus und die mögliche Rolle Gottes für die Moral. Im Seminar soll geprüft werden, inwieweit Williams´ Zugang zur Ethik neue und ausbaufähige Perspektiven auf das Gebiet eröffnet.

Im Rahmen dieser Veranstaltung können maximal 15 Hausarbeiten geschrieben werden.
