In Seminaren und in anderen Lehrveranstaltungen an der Universität fällt es nicht immer leicht, das Wort zu ergreifen. Gerade Referate sind manchmal mit Ängsten und großer Nervosität verbunden. In dieser fortlaufenden Gruppe setzen wir uns mit Veränderungsmöglichkeiten bei Redeangst auseinander und üben in kleinen, selbstbestimmten Schritten das Halten von Referaten. Ein Einstieg ist (fast) jederzeit möglich.
