"Gut vorbereitet auf die mündliche Prüfung" – Praktische Tipps, Übungen und Erfahrungsaustausch
Im zweiten Teil des Workshops, am 11.Mai, beschäftigen wir uns mit den Themen Prüfungsangst und –stress. Ein Ansatz im Umgang mit und zur Bewältigung von Prüfungsangst ist die Anwendung mentaler Strategien. Weiterhin ist das Thema Entspannung wichtig für eine stressfreiere Prüfungsvorbereitungszeit. Im Rahmen des Workshops werden Sie die Möglichkeit haben eine mündliche Prüfung zur Probe durchzuführen. Neben der Theorie und den Übungen, sind der Austausch untereinander und die kollegiale Unterstützung sehr wichtig. Die Teilnahme an dem Workshop steht allen Studierenden offen. Bitte melden Sie sich verbindlich optional zum ersten und/oder zweiten Teil des Workshops bis zum 27. April per E-Mail an: sandra.warnick@uni-bielefeld.de.
Einige Tage vor dem Workshop-Termin erhalten Sie nochmals eine E-Mail mit den Raumangaben und weiteren Informationen von uns.
