Wir arbeiten an Spannung und Entspannung des Körpers mit dem Schwerpunkt Wirbelsäulenarbeit/Rückenschule. Fehlbeanspruchungen, die zu Rücken- oder Nackenschmerzen führen können, wird durch ein gezieltes Übungsprogramm entgegengewirkt. Die Gelenke, die Wirbelsäule und Rumpfmuskulatur werden sanft gelöst und wir erfahren wohltuende, ausbalancierte Körperlichkeit.
Dieser Kurs ist keine medizinische Therapie, kann also ärztlich notwendige Behandlung nicht ersetzen.
Kleidung: Bequeme Sport-Kleidung, flexible Fußkleidung mit Bodenhaftung, z.B. feste Hallensportschuhe (nicht färbende und saubere Sohle!) oder Socken mit Gummierung sind empfehlenswert.
