Die Personalentwicklung eines Unternehmens steht in Zeiten des demographischen Wandels neuen Herausforderungen gegenüber. Im Seminar sollen grundlegende Themen der Personalentwicklung, unter anderem die zunehmende Bedeutung von Personalmarketing zur Eindämmung des Fachkräftemangels, erörtert werden.
Neben einer Diskussion der aktuellen Herausforderungen sollen spezielle PE-Instrumente (z.B. Talentmanagement) vorgestellt und anhand im Seminar entwickelter Kriterien kritisch reflektiert werden. Diese Kriterien werden auf Grundlage aktueller theoretischer Ansätze der Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung erarbeitet. Um eine vertiefte Vorstellung verschiedener Instrumente zu erlangen, werden vereinzelt praktische Übungen durchgeführt.
