Kognitive Verfahren sind wichtige Bestandteile der kognitiven Verhaltenstherapie und stellen einen wichtigen Baustein in vielen Manualen zur Behandlung psychischer Störungen dar.
Das Seminar „Kognitive Verfahren in der kognitiven Verhaltenstherapie“ soll sowohl einen theoretischen wie auch praktischen Einblick in die therapeutische Anwendung kognitiver Techniken geben. Zunächst werden im Plenum die Grundlagen kognitiver Modelle und die Indikation kognitiver Verfahren in der Therapie psychischer Störungen erarbeitet. Diese Grundkenntnisse sollen anschließend im Rahmen von Rollenspielen in Kleingruppen eingeübt und modifiziert werden.

Teilnahmevoraussetzung für das Seminar ist ein Bachelor in Psychologie.
Vorkenntisse über psychische Störungen, deren Symptomatik und die diagnostische Einordnung sind wünschenswert.
