402001 Einführung in die Datenanalyse mit SPSS für GesundheitswissenschaftlerInnen II (Master) (S) (SoSe 2012)

Der Kurs richtet sich an Studierende des 1. Mastersemesters, die noch nicht bzw. kaum mit dem Statistikprogramm SPSS gearbeitet haben. Er vermittelt grundlegende Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SPSS und legt einen Schwerpunkt auf die Dateneingabe und -aufbereitung sowie auf deskriptive und einfache induktive Analysen. Folgende Themen werden vorgeschlagen:
- Dateneingabe, -import und -validierung
- Datenmodifikation
- Datenselektion
- Univariate deskriptive Analysen (Häufigkeitsanalysen, Lage- und Streumaße, Diagramme)
- Bivariate deskriptive Analysen (Kreuztabellierung, Korrelationsanalyse)
- Induktive Analysen (z.B. t-Tests).

Grundkenntnisse der deskriptiven und induktiven Statistik aus dem MSc 11 "Epidemiology & Biostatistics"
