In vier Sitzungen diskutieren wir (auf deutsch) die je eigenen Forschungsprojekte der Teilnehmer/innen auf der Grundlage von wichtigen Aufsätzen oder selbstverfassten Texten. In drei zusätzlichen Sitzungen werden wir uns (auf englisch) mit Dipesh Chakrabartys „Provincializing Europe“ und die daran anschließenden Diskussionen beschäftigen.
In four sessions (held in German) every participant will get the chance to present his/her PhD project on the bases of outlines, written chapters, or background literature. In three additional sessions (held in English) we will deal with Dipesh Charabarty’s book „Provincializing Europe“ and the accompanying academic debate.
