Die Veranstaltung "Repetitorium Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht" (Belegnr. 291016 im WS 2021/22) richtet sich an Studierende unserer Fakultät, die sich auf die staatliche Pflichtfachprüfung vorbereiten. Erörtert werden zentrale Themen des examensrelevanten Stoffs im Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht.
Veranstaltungszeiten: Mo 12 – 14 Uhr und Do 14 – 16 Uhr. Beginn: 11.10.2021.
In den Montagsterminen werden vornehmlich „Fälle“ präsentiert. Die Donnerstagstermine sollen Sie bei der Wiederholung (oder auch erstmaligen Erarbeitung) jener Kenntnisse unterstützen, die Sie zur Bewältigung der Fallaufgaben benötigen.
Das Konzept der Veranstaltung setzt in besonderem Maße auf Ihre engagierte Eigenarbeit, ohne die eine erfolgreiche Examensvorbereitung nicht möglich ist. Näheres werde ich Ihnen im ersten Termin (Montag, 11.10.2021, 12 Uhr c.t.) vorstellen.
Das Repetitorium wird jedenfalls zunächst als reine ONLINE-Veranstaltung stattfinden. Die Zugangsdaten werden allen über das eKVV angemeldeten Teilnehmer*innen am 08.10.2021 an die hinterlegte E-Mail-Adresse übermittelt. Ob wir uns im weiteren Verlauf des Semesters in Präsenz treffen können und wollen, werden wir gemeinsam beraten.
