Die Veranstaltung Notarpraxis findet ab dem 21.10.2021 im Zwei-Wochen-Rhythmus jeweils Donnerstags von 14 bis 18 Uhr über Zoom statt. Die Einwahldaten erhalten Sie rechtzeitig über den E-Mailverteiler der Veranstaltung.
In der Veranstaltung wird die juristische Gestaltungpraxis aus Sicht eines Notars behandelt. Neben berufs- und beurkundungsrechtlichen Grundlagen wird in der Veranstaltung materiell-rechtlich ein Querschnitt der notariellen Kernkompetenzen vermitteln. Hierzu zählen insbesondere wesentliche Bereiche des Liegenschaftsrechts, des Erbrechts, des Gesellschaftsrechts und des Familienrechts, die unter Bezugnahme auf praktische Gestaltungsbeispiele (z.B. Schenkung und Kauf von Grundbesitz, Gemeinschaftliches Testament, Pflichtteilsverzicht, Erbscheinsantrag, Vorsorgevollmacht, Unternehmerehevertrag, Handelsregisteranmeldungen und GmbH-Gründung) erläutert werden.
