Im Praktikun werden die Grundlagen biotechnologischen Arbeitens vermittelt. Dazu gehören Laborversuche zu den Themen mikrobiologische Grundtechniken, Wachstum von Mikroorganismen sowie Sterilisation und
Inaktivierungskinetik. Desweiteren werden enzymatische
Bestimmungsmethoden erlernt.
