Die Auswahl von Schullektüre ist eine der literaturdidaktischen Gretchenfragen - zumal es einer der eindeutigsten Befunde der Leseforschung ist, dass Schullektüre und Privatlektüre (sofern sie erfolgt) in der Regel weit auseinanderklaffen. In diesem Kurs soll es darum gehen, einmal über den Tellerrand der "Lehrplanrelevanz" hinaus zu schauen und anhand eigener Textanalysen auszuloten, warum sich ausgewählte literarische Texte für den Schulunterricht eignen könnten - und warum auch nicht. Insbesondere Lyrik wird dabei eine Rolle spielen.
