Zunehmend werden Netzwerkkonzepte als Rahmenbedingungen für Lernprozesse im Zuge der Diskussion um das lebenslange und das selbstgesteuerte Lernen diskutiert. Dafür steht die Forderung nach einer vernetzten Lernkultur. Offene Lernkonzepte verlangen die Überwindung isolierter Lernarrangements zugunsten vernetzter Lernräume. Vor allem im Rahmen der Regionalentwicklung werden vernetzte Bildungsarrangements propagiert. Von der Etablierung lokaler und regionaler Kooperationsgeflechte werden Zugänge zu neuen Lernorten, Verknüpfung von Bildungs- und Kulturräumen und die Förderung informeller Lernmöglichkeiten und Innovationspotenziale erwartet.
In dem Seminar beschäftigen wir uns mit den neuen Anforderungen, die sich aus dem allgemeinen Bedeutungszuwachs von netzwerkförmigen Arrangements im Bildungsbereich ergeben. Zugleich werden Fragen des professionellen Handelns (von der Gestaltung vernetzter Lernsettings bis hin zum Netzwerkmanagement, Monitoring und Evaluation von Netzwerken) behandelt.
Der Seminarplan und weitergehende Literaturhinweise werden in der ersten Seminarsitzung vorgestellt.
