Bei dieser Vorlesung handelt es sich um eine Einführung in die Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung. Es wird ein Überblick über die zentralen Bereiche der Weiterbildung gegeben. Kernthemen werden in einer „Werkstatt-Sitzung“ vertieft, sei es durch externe ExpertInnen oder durch fallbasierte Einübung von Kompetenzen.

- Adressaten, Teilnehmer & Beteiligungsstrukturen
- Bereiche und Handlungsfelder der Weiterbildung
- Institutionen, Lernorte
- Lehren und Lernen
- Organisation und Management in der Weiterbildung
- Berufliches Handeln in der Weiterbildung
- Theorien, Forschungsmethoden und ForschungsansätzeIn der ersten Sitzung werden zentralen Literaturangaben, insbesondere Einführungen, zur Verfügung gestellt und kommentiert.
