In der Veranstaltung werden die Studierenden mit ersten dogmatischen Problemstellungen des deutschen Strafrechts konfrontiert. Es werden zunächst Fälle vorgestellt und diskutiert. Dabei geht es vor allem um das schrittweise Erlernen der Technik des sog. Straftatsystems. Gleichzeitig werden strafrechtliche Prinzipien sowie aktuelle kriminalpolitische Diskurse vorgestellt.
Begleitet wird die Veranstaltung durch Tutorials zur Klausurvorbereitung und zur weiteren Übung und Vertiefung im Umgang mit strafrechtlichen Sachverhalten.
Begleitmaterial zur Vorlesung erfolgt über die E-learning-Plattform Jurmoodle; Informationen zum Anmeldeverfahren für Jurmoodle werden in der ersten Vorlesung gegeben.
