In diesem Seminar wird es um Schule als Arbeitsplatz und Unterricht als Handlungsfeld gehen. Entlang der Teilnehmendeninteressen können in diesem Spannungsfeld Themen untergebracht werden wie: Erwartungen und Anforderungen an den Lehrer*innenberuf, seine Geschichte und aktuelle schulpolitische Entwicklungen, aber auch Lehrer*innenverhalten oder/und berufsbiografische Ansätze ebenso wie Möglichkeiten zielgruppenorientierter Unterrichtsvorbereitung.

Das Seminar findet online statt und umfasst sowohl synchrone wie asynchrone Arbeitsformen. Die regelmäßige Teilnahme an den ausgewiesenen synchronen Sitzungen wird als verbindlich vorausgesetzt. Auf dieser Grundlage erfolgt die Bescheinigung einer Studienleistung für die vertiefende Bearbeitung einer selbstgewählten Fragestellung und Veröffentlichung über „mahara“, einem Tool zur Erstellung eines e-portfolio (siehe auch die FsB dazu- 3 LPs- Einzelleistung - 3LP; siehe auch: mahara.uni-bielefeld.de) und/oder die Vorbereitung einer synchronen Sitzung bspw. über einen thematischen Input oder/und die Anleitung einer Gruppenarbeit.
