In diesem Seminar erwerben Sie grundlegende Kenntnisse über die Methode der Teilnehmende Beobachtung in der qualitativen Versorgungsforschung. Nach einer theoretischen Einführung entwickeln Sie eine eigene Projektidee und vertiefen die erworbenen Kenntnisse im Rahmen einer Feldphase praktisch, indem Sie eine Beobachtung durchführen, Feldnotizen und ein Beobachtungsprotokoll erstellen. In dieser Zeit finden KEINE gemeinsamen Termine vor Ort statt. Im Anschluss beschäftigen wir uns im Seminar mit der Auswertung dieser Daten.

Die Studienleistung umfasst 1. die Kurzpräsentation Ihrer Beobachtung in der Veranstaltung sowie 2. die Ausarbeitung und Präsentation erster Ergebnisse (max. 4 Seiten, unbenotet).

Ziel des Seminars ist es grundlegende Kenntnisse zur Methode der Teilnehmenden Beobachtung und zur Auswertung ethnografischen Materials zu vermitteln. Diese Kenntnisse werden anhand praktischer Übungen und Projektideen der Studierenden ausgearbeitet und vertieft. Grundkenntnisse qualitativer Forschungsmethoden werden vorausgesetzt.
